14/02 :  Pre Season Training

   Pre-season training continues on Mon 15th Feb @ 8.15pm sharp @ Rushclife leisure centre, Boundary Road, West Bridgford, Notts, NG2 7BY.

Indoor circuit training, trainers are required and bring your own water bottle.

ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND.
